Zhejiang Yuanpai Machine Tool Accessory Factory is the biggest private owned lathe chuck manufacturing company which is newly build on the former Huangyan Machine Tool Accessory Plant owned by State. In order to increase production scale and quantity, we invested USD 8 Min to build a new workshop covering 23,300 M2 and bought many advanced machining equipments. We get approval of ISO9001-2000 Certificate on August , 2002 and CE certificate on Aug,2006.Now almost all the key parts of the chuck are made by full NC Equipments and can produce more than 150,000 sets chucks per year. We have many experienced professionals of Casting, Forging, Machining, heat treatment and assembling , and also we have full sets of NC inspection Equipments.

We got excellent performance on Chuck design, development and machining rely on the Research Center build at 2004 between Zhejiang University and us. In recent few years, we developed more than 150 model, chucks including K10 2 jaw self-centering chuck (80mm-400mm);K11 3 jaw self-centering chuck (80mm-800mm);K72 four jaw independent chucks (80mm-800mm);K12 four jaw centering chuck (80mm-800mm) and K11/A,C,D direct mounting chucks. Also we can make special chucks accord to client’s request. We are the only supplier for K11 630mm and K11800A chuck in China.
